Request Account Deletion

Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All your data, including profile information, saved tenders, and application history, will be permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

If you wish to proceed with deleting your TendX account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure you have cancelled any active subscriptions to avoid future billing.
  2. Send an email to our support team at support@tendx.co.za with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  3. Please send the email from the email address associated with your TendX account so we can verify your identity.
  4. Include a brief reason for your departure (optional), as this helps us improve our service.

Our team will process your request within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
